Welcome to Mild Mama Co. By purchasing, subscribing, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.
 

1. General information

  • Mild Mama Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides curated low-caffeine and caffeine-free subscriptions, gift boxes, and related products.

  • These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website or authorised sales channels.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective once published on our website.
     

2. Subscriptions & one-off purchases

  • By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method at the frequency you select (e.g., monthly, quarterly).

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date.

  • One-off purchases (including gift boxes) are charged in full at checkout.
     

3. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD and inclusive of GST (where applicable).

  • We accept payment through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
     

4. Shipping & delivery

  • We currently ship within Australia only (unless otherwise stated).

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays).

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
     

5. Refunds, returns & replacements

  • Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major problem with a product.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [insert email].

  • Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage items, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
     

6. Gift subscriptions & purchases

  • Gift subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable once the first box has shipped.

  • Gift boxes are shipped as a one-time purchase and cannot be exchanged.
     

7. Allergies & dietary requirements

  • Our boxes may contain products with allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten).

  • While we take care to curate safe options, we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free.

  • It is your responsibility to read product labels and consult healthcare professionals if required.
     

8. Intellectual property

  • All content on our website, including logos, product descriptions, and branding, is owned by Mild Mama Co. or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
     

9. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mild Mama Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website.
